As the founder and creative director of Maryjane Claverol, I built a globally recognized luxury brand for jewelry, soft accessories and occasion wear. From concept to execution, I drove the brand’s creative vision, blending impeccable craftsmanship, edgy design, and contemporary fashion influences for the affordable luxury segment. Scaled production to meet demand while maintaining artisanal quality and exclusivity. Expanded the brand’s presence in luxury boutiques like Selfridges, Harrods, BG, Galleries Laffayete, Intermix, LVR and online platforms with exclusive collections for Net a porter, Shopbop, Browns and Revolve reaching a global clientele. Designed and developed signature high-embellished accessories with the brand core materials being paillettes, metallic threads, rhinestones and semi precious stones using both metal casting and traditional techniques. I managed cross functional teams from pruduction to wholesale through India, Europe and China to ensure a seamless collection delivered quarterly.
